resolveTypeHash() → resolveHash()，从 varStore 查询替代内存 map。

Changes

删除 builtinSchemas 内存 map
resolveHash(input, varStore): hash 格式直接返回，否则从 varStore 查
更新所有调用处

Acceptance

bun test all pass
ocas put @ocas/string data.json 正常工作
