What

Rename all three packages:

  • @uncaged/json-cas → @ocas/core
  • @uncaged/json-cas-fs → @ocas/fs
  • @uncaged/cli-json-cas → @ocas/cli

Tasks

  • Update all package.json name fields
  • Update all internal imports
  • Update tsconfig project references
  • Update biome.json
  • bun install && bun run build && bun test
