删除过时的 e2e-check.yaml workflow。引用旧 CLI 名（cli-json-cas）、bun、错误的 repo 路径（uncaged/json-cas），已无法运行。

chore: remove legacy-packages/ and docs/ — outdated content ... db4072396b

- legacy-packages/e2e-check.yaml: old CLI name, bun, wrong repo path
- docs/sync-readme.md: generic README convention, not needed
- Remove stale CLAUDE.md reference to docs/
