What

Align all develop-workflow and develop-sense prompts with the current flat workspace structure, and update .knowledge docs.

Why

Multiple recent changes (#22, #274, #277, #284, #285) made the existing prompts stale — they referenced non-existent @uncaged/nerve-skills, per-workflow package.json, folder-based roles, and old build commands.

Changes

Prompts (6 files across develop-workflow + develop-sense)

  • planner — removed nerve-skills, point to .knowledge/ and CONVENTIONS.md; verb-first naming rule
  • coder — flat workspace layout (no per-workflow package.json/tsconfig), root build command, single-file roles
  • tester — updated file checklist and build verification to match flat structure

.knowledge (2 files)

  • workflow.md — new Workspace Layout section: file structure, verb-first naming, root build
  • adapter.md — added createLlmAdapter to adapter table with usage example

Remove nonexistent @uncaged/nerve-skills references; document root build, roles/*.ts, verb-first workflow names, and CONVENTIONS/.knowledge sources.

Extend .knowledge/workflow.md and adapter.md with workspace layout and createLlmAdapter.
