bundle + registry 合并，config 循环依赖消失。

测试步骤

  • Step 1: 依赖 protocol, util, cas，不依赖 execute
  • Step 2: ProviderConfig/WorkflowConfig 从 protocol import
  • Step 3: bun test 通过
  • Step 4: 无循环依赖
