Create a .env.example file at the repo root documenting all supported environment variables: WORKFLOW_HERMES_MODEL, WORKFLOW_HERMES_TIMEOUT, WORKFLOW_LLM_BASE_URL, WORKFLOW_LLM_API_KEY, WORKFLOW_LLM_MODEL, WORKFLOW_CURSOR_MODEL, WORKFLOW_CURSOR_TIMEOUT, WORKFLOW_CURSOR_LLM_PROVIDER. Each with a brief comment.
