Enable workflows to invoke other workflows as agents.

  • workflowAsAgent(name) factory in @uncaged/workflow
  • Name → registry → bundle resolution
  • System-level depth limit (default 3)
  • Integration tests

Depends on Phase 1 (global CAS).
