What

同步 cli-reference.ts 与最近的 CLI 改动。

Why

cli-reference.ts 是 agent 的内嵌参考文档（uwf skill cli + buildRolePrompt Prepare section），但最近几个 PR 加的命令没有同步过来。

Changes

添加 uwf log list/show/clean 子命令（#415）
添加 uwf thread step -c/--count 选项（#390）
Key Concepts 里 meta → frontmatter schema（#375）
新增 Edge Prompt 概念说明（#404/#408）

pnpm-lock.yaml — 不应该提交。项目用 bun，不用 pnpm。可能是本地不小心跑了 pnpm install 生成的，删掉。

和实际代码一致

删掉 pnpm-lock.yaml 就可以合了。
