- Move all Hermes skills from skills/ to hermes/
- Add cursor/ for Cursor rules (.mdc)
- Add code-review.mdc (Gitea PR review with tea CLI)
- Update sync.sh to use new hermes/ path
- Update README with new structure

New in v0.5.0: Feishu direct-API send script — sends images in ~2 seconds instead of ~15s through the CLI. Setup runs automatically.
