chore: rebranding cleanup — reset versions to 0.1.0, bun→pnpm in docs

- All 9 packages reset to version 0.1.0 - CLAUDE.md: bun→pnpm, fixed→independent versioning, proman commands - docs/architecture.md: bun→pnpm in toolchain table - docs/sync-readme.md: bun→pnpm in conventions
