chore: open-source readiness — LICENSE, CONTRIBUTING, templates, package metadata

- Add MIT LICENSE
- Add CONTRIBUTING.md with setup, conventions, PR workflow
- Add GitHub issue/PR templates
- Add repository/homepage/bugs/license to all package.json files
- Add Install section to README before Quick Start
