chore: move legacy workflows to examples/, update e2e for pnpm

- Move e2e-walkthrough.yaml and normalize-bun-monorepo.yaml to examples/
- Update e2e-walkthrough: bun → pnpm, add uwf-claude-code agent
- Remove empty legacy-packages/ directory
