feat: @uncaged/workflow-agent-cursor + @uncaged/workflow-agent-hermes

- Cursor adapter: spawn cursor-agent CLI, auto/specified model
- Hermes adapter: spawn hermes chat CLI
- Both: AgentFn interface, no nerve-core deps, Result-based config validation
- 93 tests pass, biome clean
