Packages without exports.types pointed main/types to src/ which
doesn't exist in published tarballs. Now all packages have:
exports."." = { types: dist/index.d.ts, import: src/index.ts }
Bump to 0.3.18.
v0.3.0 was published with workspace:* deps (npm doesn't resolve them).
Re-published as v0.3.1 with concrete version refs.
Local monorepo deps restored to workspace:*.

The package only contains createLlmAdapter (OpenAI chat → AgentFn),
which is an agent adapter, not a role. Aligns with workflow-agent-cursor
and workflow-agent-hermes naming.
