目标

添加 proman.yaml 配置，用 proman build/test/check/format 统一管理。

前置

#1 去 Bun 完成后

范围

创建 proman.yaml（定义 8 个包、类型、依赖顺序）
根 package.json scripts 切换到 proman
验证 proman build/test/check 正常工作
