Phase 2 of #68

  • agent-mock outputs $usage in frontmatter with fixed values: {turns: 1, inputTokens: 0, outputTokens: 0, duration: 0}
  • E2E mock tests verify $usage is present in step nodes

Acceptance Criteria

  • Mock agent output includes $usage
  • At least one E2E test asserts $usage field exists in CAS step node
  • All existing E2E tests still pass
