Phase 3b of #68

  • agent-claude-code parses token usage from claude CLI stdout
  • Claude CLI outputs usage stats — identify format and extract
  • Outputs $usage in frontmatter

Acceptance Criteria

  • Running uwf thread exec with uwf-claude-code produces step nodes with real $usage data
  • Token counts are non-zero for actual LLM calls
