xiaoju 794f9db568 fix: add --version to adapter CLIs, read VERSION from package.json ...

- All uwf-* adapter CLIs now support --version / -V
- util VERSION constant reads from package.json at runtime
- agent-hermes ACP clientInfo uses dynamic VERSION
