xiaoju b8f9ffcb59 feat(workflow): migrate supervisor to ThreadReactor (Phase 2)
- Rewrite supervisor to use createThreadReactor + createLlmFn
- No direct fetch/HTTP calls in supervisor
- All 266 tests passing
