- New buildRolePrompt() in workflow-agent-kit: four-phase prompt assembly
  with fallback to systemPrompt
- Export from agent-kit index
- Update uwf-hermes to use buildRolePrompt instead of raw systemPrompt
- Add tests for all modes: four-phase, legacy, mixed
