xingyue 522afdd4bd feat: adopt changesets + fix exports, bump to 0.4.0 
- Install @changesets/cli with fixed mode (all @uncaged/* packages sync version)
- Fix package exports: add bun condition, point import to dist/
- Bump all packages to 0.4.0 via changeset version
- Auto-generated CHANGELOG.md for each package
- Ignore workflow-dashboard (private)
- Add npm scripts: changeset, version, release
- publish.sh: support workspace:^ prefix matching

- All @uncaged/* packages → 0.4.0
- Internal deps: workspace:* → workspace:^ (resolves to ^0.4.0 on publish)
- Fix exports: add 'bun' condition for local dev (src), 'import' for consumers (dist)
- Remove stale 'main: src/index.ts' from 6 packages
- Fix publish.sh topo sort to match workspace:^ prefix

xiaoju bb1293f6b9 fix: add exports field to 6 packages for proper type resolution 
Packages without exports.types pointed main/types to src/ which
doesn't exist in published tarballs. Now all packages have:
  exports."." = { types: dist/index.d.ts, import: src/index.ts }

Bump to 0.3.18.

xingyue db45089922 refactor: replace Moderator function with ModeratorTable in WorkflowDefinition (#200) 
- WorkflowDefinition.moderator → WorkflowDefinition.table (ModeratorTable)
- Moderator type + tableToModerator no longer exported from protocol/runtime
- tableToModerator internalized in workflow-execute engine layer
- WorkflowDescriptor gains graph: WorkflowGraph (auto-extracted from table)
- buildDescriptor extracts serializable graph edges from ModeratorTable
- validateWorkflowDescriptor validates graph structure
- All templates (develop, solve-issue) export table directly
- CLI init scaffold updated to use ModeratorTable
- 99 tests pass, 0 failures

xiaoju 376dd87b6b chore: bump to v0.3.1, fix workspace:* in published packages 
v0.3.0 was published with workspace:* deps (npm doesn't resolve them).
Re-published as v0.3.1 with concrete version refs.
Local monorepo deps restored to workspace:*.

- Update root tsconfig.json references: replace packages/workflow with 6 new packages
- Update cli-workflow tsconfig references to new packages
- Add tsconfig references to workflow-util, workflow-runtime, workflow-execute
- Fix workflow-agent-llm, workflow-agent-cursor, workflow-agent-hermes, workflow-util-agent
  tsconfig references (../workflow -> ../workflow-runtime)
- Remove stale @uncaged/workflow deps from agent package.json files
- Change template packages to import buildDescriptor from @uncaged/workflow-register
- Normalize package.json exports field across all new packages
- Delete old packages/workflow/ directory

xiaoju e9e4960714 refactor(workflow): migrate downstream packages to workflow-runtime (Phase 2+3) 
- Verify createWorkflow in runtime has zero I/O imports
- Migrate agent-cursor, agent-hermes to pure workflow-runtime dependency
- Migrate agent-llm, util-agent, templates to dual dependency
  (runtime for types, engine for CAS/merkle/buildDescriptor)
- All 377 tests passing

xiaoju 9c8b98a551 refactor: merge 7 workflow-role-* packages into templates 
- planner/coder/reviewer/tester/committer → workflow-template-develop/src/roles/
- preparer/submitter → workflow-template-solve-issue/src/roles/
- Moved tests, updated imports, removed role packages
- 219 tests pass, build clean

xiaoju 1d6da18b18 feat: developer + submitter roles, solve-issue refactored to parent workflow 
- Developer role (react extract): delegates to workflowAsAgent("develop")
- Submitter role: push branch + create PR
- solve-issue now 3-role parent: preparer → developer → submitter
- Removed direct planner/coder/reviewer/committer from solve-issue
- 188 tests passing

xiaoju fe829d9ae6 feat(workflow): add preparer role as first step in solve-issue workflow 
- New package: @uncaged/workflow-role-preparer with PreparerMeta type,
  schema, system prompt, and extract prompt
- Preparer locates/clones repo, detects toolchain and conventions
- Moderator updated: preparer → planner → coder → reviewer → committer
- solve-issue template re-exports preparer types
- Tests updated for new flow (129 pass, 0 fail)

xiaoju fa9163e462 refactor: all-agentic architecture — roles as pure data, agent binding at runtime 
BREAKING: Major architecture change.

- RoleDefinition = pure data (systemPrompt + schema + dryRunMeta)
- AgentFn = (ctx: ThreadContext) => Promise<string>, reads ctx.currentRole
- WorkflowDefinition decoupled from agents, bound via AgentBinding at runtime
- createWorkflow(def, binding, extract) replaces createRoleModerator
- Meta extraction moved into engine loop
- Delete workflow-util-role package (createRole, decorators, extract all gone)
- Role packages become pure data exports
- Agent packages updated to single-arg AgentFn

xiaoju 513c006ce3 refactor: rename workflow-role-llm → workflow-agent-llm 
The package only contains createLlmAdapter (OpenAI chat → AgentFn),
which is an agent adapter, not a role. Aligns with workflow-agent-cursor
and workflow-agent-hermes naming.

xiaoju c04e7c31af refactor: move llmExtract, extractMeta, buildDescriptor, types to workflow-util-role 
workflow-role-llm now only contains LLM-as-agent specifics:
  - createRole (wires agent + extract)
  - createLlmAdapter (OpenAI chat completions agent)

workflow-util-role now provides all role infrastructure:
  - decorators (decorateRole, withDryRun, onFail)
  - llmExtract / extractMetaOrThrow (structured extraction)
  - buildDescriptorFromRoles (zod → JSON Schema)
  - LlmProvider, LlmMessage types

planner → coder → reviewer → committer flow with retry logic.
- createSolveIssueWorkflow factory (agent-agnostic)
- buildSolveIssueDescriptor with zod@4 JSON Schema
- Moderator: reviewer reject → coder retry, maxRounds → END
- 103 tests pass, biome clean
