- Remove entire 'uwf cas' command group from CLI
- Delete commands/cas.ts (only used by CLI + tests)
- Delete cas.test.ts and cas-exit-code.test.ts
- Update workflow YAMLs: uwf cas get/has/refs/walk → ocas
- Update e2e-walkthrough script to use ocas
- Update docs and reference files
- Keep store-global-cas.test.ts (internal CAS store tests)
CAS operations now go through 'ocas' CLI exclusively.
Agent text storage handled internally by uwf pipeline.

Update all documentation files that contained outdated apiKeyEnv
references to use the new apiKey approach.
## Changes
- docs/architecture.md: Update config example to use apiKey field
- docs/wf-stateless-design.md: Update config examples and type
definitions to use apiKey instead of apiKeyEnv
- docs/builtin-agent-research.md: Update ProviderConfig type
definition and code examples
All documentation now consistent with the code implementation.

status-based routing terminology across 8 files:
- README.md, CLAUDE.md: moderator description, key terms
- docs/architecture.md: dependency jsonata→mustache, evaluate signature
- docs/wf-stateless-design.md: type definitions, routing context
- packages/workflow-moderator/README.md: full rewrite for new API
- packages/workflow-protocol/README.md: Target type, remove Transition
- packages/workflow-dashboard/context.md: StatusEdge, graph type
- docs/builtin-agent-research.md: stale JSONata references
- Align REST API contracts for Dashboard (threads list, detail, SSE)
- Add content resolution from CAS in thread show + API responses
- Rename dataWatcher → threadsJsonWatcher in SSE routes
- Update docs (CLAUDE.md, architecture.md, skill.ts) to reflect CAS storage
- Zero .data.jsonl code paths in production code
- All 166 tests pass, bun run check clean

RFC-001 was severely outdated (pre-refactor types). New architecture.md
covers the current three-phase engine, pure data roles, AgentBinding,
ExtractFn, and all design decisions.
