xingyue 05fbd4f5b5 feat(publish): add Gitea npm registry publish script + docs 
- scripts/publish-all.sh: bun pm pack (resolves workspace:*) + npm publish
- All 14 public @uncaged/* packages published to git.shazhou.work
- CLAUDE.md: document Gitea registry, bunfig.toml scoped registry, publish workflow
- bun link docs demoted to alternative for un-published local changes

xingyue 0fbbf37548 chore(cli): add bun run link scripts + fix init template versions 
- Add link/link:consume/link:unlink scripts to root package.json
- Document cross-repo bun link workflow in CLAUDE.md
- Fix hardcoded @uncaged/workflow-runtime "^0.1.0" → "*" in
  init workspace and init template scaffolds (actual version is 0.3.x)

xiaoju e29d1bf345 feat: Phase 5 — CLI + Dashboard CAS adaptation, cleanup .data.jsonl 
- Align REST API contracts for Dashboard (threads list, detail, SSE)
- Add content resolution from CAS in thread show + API responses
- Rename dataWatcher → threadsJsonWatcher in SSE routes
- Update docs (CLAUDE.md, architecture.md, skill.ts) to reflect CAS storage
- Zero .data.jsonl code paths in production code
- All 166 tests pass, bun run check clean

xiaoju 064696c558 docs: update architecture docs and package READMEs for post-split structure 
- Rewrite docs/architecture.md with 15-package map, dependency graph, updated engine paths
- Update CLAUDE.md monorepo structure section
- Add READMEs for: workflow-protocol, workflow-runtime, workflow-util, workflow-cas, workflow-register, workflow-execute, workflow-reactor
- Fix agent READMEs: update deps from @uncaged/workflow to actual packages
- Mark workflow-as-agent plan as outdated

xiaoju a4237c0462 docs: add folder module discipline rules to CLAUDE.md 
Four rules: index.ts entry point, types.ts for types, single export source,
index.ts is pure re-exports. Also fix stale build command reference.

xiaoju 3467b772e6 refactor: named exports (run + descriptor), remove build pipeline 
- Bundle contract: export const run + export const descriptor (no default export)
- add only accepts .esm.js, extracts descriptor via dynamic import → .yaml
- Removed: build-pipeline, generate-types, json-schema-to-ts
- Worker loads mod.run instead of mod.default
- Biome: no more noDefaultExport overrides for bundles
- 62 tests pass, biome clean

- CLAUDE.md: functional-first, type over interface, no optional props, Result type
- biome.json: lint + format config (Biome 1.9)
- tsconfig.json: strict mode, composite project references
- .cursor/rules: global conventions + no-dynamic-import

Adapted from uncaged/nerve for bun workspace.
