Details 
- Add proman.yaml with 8 packages in dependency order
- Add @shazhou/proman as devDependency
- Replace root scripts: build/test/check/format → proman commands
- Keep typecheck script for standalone tsc --build

xiaoju 3a927de63f chore: normalize to bun monorepo conventions 
- Enhanced Biome config with test file override for noConsole
- Applied Biome auto-fixes (8 files: formatting, template literals, optional chains)
- Updated all package repository URLs to git.shazhou.work/uncaged/workflow.git
- Added workflow-agent-claude-code to publish order in scripts/publish-all.mjs
- Added --ignore-scripts flag to publish command to bypass prepublishOnly guard
- Installed vitest in root devDependencies for test infrastructure
- Created vitest.config.ts for all 8 packages with passWithNoTests: true
- Fixed 3 test files to use vitest imports instead of bun:test
- Added test and test:ci scripts to packages missing them
- Added missing build step to .gitea/workflows/ci.yml
- Renamed CI job from 'test' to 'check' for clarity
- Created workflows/solve-issue.yaml with TDD-driven issue resolution workflow
- Registered solve-issue workflow with uwf (hash: 084YVM60BR8G6)
- Added packageManager: bun@1.3.14 to root package.json
- Added preinstall guard to block npm/pnpm/yarn
- Added prepublishOnly guard to root and all 7 public packages

Fixes CI failure — 'lint' script didn't exist in package.json.
bun run check already covers tsc + biome + log-tag lint.

xingyue 1abc3b4cf4 chore: fix all biome lint errors across monorepo 
- Fix import ordering (organizeImports) across multiple packages
- Replace forEach with for...of loops (noForEach)
- Replace non-null assertions with fallback values (noNonNullAssertion)
- Add biome-ignore comments for justified noExplicitAny usages
- Remove parameter properties, use explicit class properties (noParameterProperties)
- Fix string concatenation to template literals (useTemplate)
- Fix format issues (CSS, TypeScript)
- Add tailwindDirectives CSS parser config in biome.json
- Replace var with const (noVar)

Result: 0 errors, 12 warnings (all cognitive complexity, acceptable)

xiaoju 40530d757e fix: use optionalEnv with defaults for agent CLI paths in bundle entry 
requireEnv causes silent worker crash when env vars are missing —
thread shows 0 steps with no error. Use optionalEnv + sensible defaults.

Also added pitfall guidance in skill author docs.

xiaoju 94f725c50b refactor: cursor-agent uses runtime.extract for workspace detection 
- Remove llmProvider and workspace from CursorAgentConfig (now just command/model/timeout)
- extractWorkspacePath uses runtime.extract + runtime.cas instead of standalone reactor
- TextProducerFn signature gains runtime parameter: (ctx, prompt, runtime)
- develop-entry.ts hardcodes cursor-agent path, no more env var dependency
- Drop @uncaged/workflow-reactor dep from workflow-agent-cursor
- Update tests for simplified config

Scott Wei cc3f2b576c refactor(workflow): decouple agent context from CAS and fix monorepo checks 
Move CAS access into extract dependencies so AgentContext stays state-only, and clean up type/lint/check regressions across CLI/dashboard to keep full check green.

xiaoju 3467b772e6 refactor: named exports (run + descriptor), remove build pipeline 
- Bundle contract: export const run + export const descriptor (no default export)
- add only accepts .esm.js, extracts descriptor via dynamic import → .yaml
- Removed: build-pipeline, generate-types, json-schema-to-ts
- Worker loads mod.run instead of mod.default
- Biome: no more noDefaultExport overrides for bundles
- 62 tests pass, biome clean

xiaoju e670047e6a feat: build pipeline — .ts → .esm.js + .yaml + .d.ts 三件套 
- add command auto-detects .ts vs .esm.js input
- .ts: Bun.build → bundle + descriptor extraction + JSON Schema → .d.ts
- .esm.js: requires .yaml alongside, .d.ts optional
- JSON Schema → TypeScript type converter
- hello-world example workflow
- 63 tests pass, biome clean

- types.ts: START/END, RoleMeta, ThreadContext, Role, Moderator, WorkflowDefinition
- engine.ts: executeThread with JSONL persistence + AbortSignal
- worker.ts: per-bundle process, TCP IPC, kill individual threads
- CLI: run/ps/kill/threads/thread/thread rm commands
- 32 tests pass, biome clean
