Rebranding cleanup: version reset + docs update.

Changes

Versions → 0.1.0

All 9 packages reset (was 0.5.0 / 0.5.0-alpha.4 / 0.1.0).

Docs: bun → pnpm

  • CLAUDE.md — toolchain, dev workflow, publishing commands
  • docs/architecture.md — toolchain table
  • docs/sync-readme.md — conventions

Also updated (outside this PR)

  • Hermes skill uncaged-workflow-cli — all bun test → pnpm run test
  • Hermes skill proman — version 0.5.0 → 0.6.0
