FTE 型 agent 的能力积累依赖三个载体:
|
|
|
|
1. **Memory(记忆)**— 用户偏好、环境事实、历史上下文。跨 session 持久化,让 agent 不用每次从零开始。
|
|
2. **Skill(技能)**— 可复用的操作程序。解决过的问题沉淀成步骤,下次直接调用。
|
|
3. **Workflow / DW(流程)**— 多步骤协作模式。把复杂任务拆成角色和阶段,用流程纪律保障质量。
|
|
|
|
三者的关系:memory 是"认识你",skill 是"会做事",workflow 是"知道怎么把事做好"。
|
|
|
|
OpenClaw、Claude Code、Hermes 都已具备这三个载体,但成熟度各异。差异在于:用户能多容易地往这三个载体里"灌"自己的知识。
