补全 .cards/ 知识卡片，从 6 张扩展到 12 张。

补全之前缺失的引用：

  • agent-as-graduate — 毕业生类比，带教门槛
  • three-learning-carriers — Memory/Skill/Workflow 三载体
  • switching-cost-process-knowledge-as-moat — 流程知识即护城河
  • opc-why-fte-agents-matter-most — OpenClaw 押注 FTE 的核心判断

新增本次讨论：

  • fte-maturity-threshold — 成熟度分水岭：谁能带教 agent
  • fte-product-landscape — OpenClaw/Claude Code/Hermes 横向对比

所有卡片 links 互相连好，Zettelkasten 网络完整。

⚠️ 有冲突 — agent-as-graduate、three-learning-carriers、switching-cost-process-knowledge-as-moat、opc-why-fte-agents-matter-most 这 4 张卡片在 PR #157 里已经合入 main 了。

这个分支应该是从 #157 合入之前分出来的。需要 rebase 到最新 main，保留新增的 fte-maturity-threshold、fte-product-landscape、vendor-vs-fte-who-defines-capability 这 3 张新卡片，以及对已有卡片的更新（如果有改动的话）。
